Fuel Injector Rebuilding Process

Our meticulous, multi-step process is designed to return your injectors to peak performance.

  • Step 1: Diagnostic Testing and Visual Inspection

    • We begin by performing an Ohm test to check the electrical resistance of each injector. This identifies electrical issues that can't be repaired.

    • Injectors are then visually inspected for external damage, such as cracks or exposed coil windings. Any injector that fails either of these initial tests is marked as "bad" and returned to you with no service charge.

  • Step 2: Flow Testing

    • Viable injectors are loaded into our computer-controlled testing machine to check for leaks and confirm proper functionality.

    • We pressurize the injectors and analyze their spray patterns for proper atomization and distribution.

    • A flow test measures the volume of fuel delivered, providing a baseline for performance.

  • Step 3: Ultrasonic Cleaning

    • Injectors are stripped of their removable components and placed in a proprietary, biodegradable, environmentally-friendly cleaning solution.

    • Using advanced ultrasonic technology, we cycle the injectors thousands of times, allowing the solution and sound waves to break loose and remove all internal dirt and contaminants.

    • The injectors are then back-flushed to ensure all debris is completely eliminated.

  • Step 4: Post-Service Flow Testing and Finalization

    • After cleaning, injectors are retested to verify they pass leak, atomization, and flow tests.

    • Our dynamic flow test measures performance under various pressures and RPMs, comparing results against our manufacturer standards database.

    • Finally, we install new manufacturer-approved O-rings, filter baskets, and pintle caps.

    • Your injectors are lubricated, carefully packaged, and returned to you along with a detailed flow-testing report.

We will not give up on a difficult-to-clean injector and will continue working on it until it performs as it should. Your serviced fuel injectors will be shipped within 24 hours of service completion via your preferred shipping service.
