What's the difference between the two pump options?
The genuine Pierburg CWA-100-3 is the real branded part. The Vorsprung VWA-100 is our in-house equivalent, flow-tested to the same specs, at a lower price and backed by our own 2-year warranty. Both work identically with the included harness.

Do I need to cut or splice any factory wiring?
No. The included adapter harness is a direct plug-and-play connection between your factory CWA-50 connector and either pump option.

Will this fit my car?
Yes, as long as your Audi 3.0T supercharged vehicle uses the factory CWA-50 coolant pump connector. See the fitment table above.

Does it need a tune or extra wiring to control?
No. Both pump options accept a standard PWM control signal, the same control logic your factory ECU already uses for the OEM pump.

Why is the genuine Pierburg kit priced lower than other "genuine Pierburg" kits?
Because a genuine pump and a wiring adapter don't cost what some listings charge for them. We didn't cut the part, we cut the markup.
