Vorsprung Autowerk's Ultimate Under Supercharger Kits bundle every OEM, OES, and upgraded metal component hidden underneath the supercharger so you only pay for that labor once.

Each kit replaces the factory plastic components that are known failure points on the EA837 3.0T, supercharged Gen 1 (B8, B8.5) and Gen 2 (CREC), with a billet aluminum thermostat housing, a genuine Graf metal water pump, an OEM Hengst PCV valve, and a full set of Elring intake manifold and injector seal gaskets.

What does an under supercharger kit include?
Every Vorsprung Ultimate kit includes a billet aluminum thermostat assembly, a metal heater pipe (Gen 1 kits), a Graf metal water pump, an OEM Hengst PCV valve, Elring upper and lower intake manifold gaskets, the PCV-to-supercharger adapter pipe, and an Elring injector seal kit. Exact part numbers are listed on each product page.

Why replace all of these parts at once instead of just the one that failed?
Because reaching any one of them requires pulling the supercharger off the engine. Once it's off, replacing the rest of the plastic-prone components while you're in there costs a fraction of what a second removal would cost in labor down the road.

How do I know if my car is Gen 1 or Gen 2 (CREC)?
Gen 1 covers 2009-2015 3.0T V6 Supercharged applications (B8, B8.5, C6, early C7). Gen 2 CREC covers 2015-2018 applications with the redesigned engine code. Check your build sheet or engine code, or email us your VIN and we'll confirm.

Are these OEM parts or aftermarket?
Both. Each kit mixes genuine OEM hardware with trusted OE-supplier brands (Graf, Hengst, Elring, URO) and Vorsprung-engineered billet aluminum upgrades in place of the factory plastic pieces that tend to crack.

Can I install this myself?
It's a supercharger-off job, so it's a moderate to advanced DIY project best suited to someone comfortable with intake and cooling system work. If you're not confident pulling the supercharger, a qualified independent Audi shop can install the kit in one visit.
