Forged Wheels

Vorsprung's own line of custom forged wheels for Audi (VF and VA series), sold as a set and built to your car. Every style is a universal-fitment wheel: size, offset, bolt pattern and finish are made to your vehicle's specs, so they work on any Audi or VW platform. Forged construction keeps unsprung weight down compared to a cast wheel of the same size, which is worth factoring in alongside looks when picking a set for a performance build.

How Custom Wheel Fitment Works

Pick a style, size and finish, then check out. After your order we send a short Wheel Survey where you confirm your vehicle, tire size, offset and clearance needs, and we build the set to match. Read the full Custom Forged Wheels guide or use the Design Your Own Custom Wheels page to start from scratch. Prefer a cast wheel with a fixed spec? Browse Alphas One cast wheels.

Forged Wheels FAQ

Will these wheels fit my Audi?
Yes. Every Vorsprung forged wheel is built to your vehicle's size, offset and bolt pattern, and we confirm the details with you through the Wheel Survey after you order.

How long does delivery take?
Wheels ship by sea freight, which takes about 15 to 20 days, longer around holidays. After that they clear customs (1 to 7 days depending on port volume) and move to a ground freight carrier. Ground tracking only updates once customs clears.

What is the difference between forged and cast wheels?
Forged wheels are made from 6061-T6 aluminum, which allows a stronger and lighter wheel than a cast wheel of the same size.
