Fueling Solutions

Audi fuel system upgrades for tuned and ethanol-blend builds: high-pressure fuel pump upgrades, low-pressure pumps, injector kits and reseal kits for the 3.0T, plus flex fuel kits, ethanol analyzers and upgraded direct injectors for newer turbo platforms.

Picking the right fuel upgrade
  • Supercharged 3.0T (EA837): upgraded HPFP kits and plungers for non-CREC engines, the ÜberFlow dual low-pressure pump for the S4 and S5, the Vorsprung injector kit and fresh injector reseal kits.
  • 4.0T (EA824): an upgraded HPFP plunger kit to hold rail pressure at higher power.
  • Flex fuel and ethanol: flex fuel control units, ethanol content sensors, harnesses and handheld ethanol analyzers.
  • EA839 and EA825 turbo cars: upgraded direct injectors and high-pressure pump systems for big-power builds.
