Forged or Cast?

Forged wheels are lighter and stronger than a cast wheel of the same size, which keeps unsprung weight down on a performance build. Cast wheels come in fixed sizes, and each listing states the exact size, offset and bolt pattern. Wheels FAQ

Will these wheels fit my Audi?
Forged wheels are built to your vehicle's size, offset and bolt pattern, and we confirm the details with you through a Wheel Survey after you order. Cast wheels list their exact size, offset and bolt pattern on each listing, so check those against your car before ordering.

Do I need spacers or longer lug bolts?
Only if you want the wheels pushed out further. If you add spacers, match the lug bolts to the spacer thickness. Each APR lug bolt listing names the spacer it pairs with.

How long do custom forged wheels take to arrive?
Forged wheels ship by sea freight, which takes about 15 to 20 days, longer around holidays. They then clear customs (1 to 7 days depending on port volume) and move to a ground freight carrier. Ground tracking only updates once customs clears.

What is the difference between forged and cast wheels?
Forged wheels are made from 6061-T6 aluminum, which allows a stronger and lighter wheel than a cast wheel of the same size. Cast wheels come in fixed sizes and offsets.
