Audi Wheel Fitment Guide
Pick your Audi, a wheel diameter and how flush you want it, from stock look to hella flush. You get the wheel width, offset, tire size and spacers owners actually run, the offset for any other width that keeps the same look, and how much concavity each setup allows. Every setup links back to its original source.

How to read your results
- Pick the car and sizeChoose your model year and model, then the wheel diameter you want to run. If two generations overlap in a year, pick yours from the Generation menu.
- Choose how flushStock look sits 15 to 25 mm or more inside the fender. Conservative is about 10 mm in, OEM+ flush about 5 mm in, Flush is even with the fender, and Hella flush sits at or past it.
- Check the detailsRead the notes, rub risk and confidence, then open the source posts and galleries to see real cars. When a look has several verified setups, all of them are listed. Looks no owner has confirmed yet show a marked estimate instead.
- Try another widthUnder "Same look, different width", set your flush level and compare widths. You get the offset each width needs, the inside clearance change and the concavity it allows.
Fitment goals at a glance
Stock look: factory position, 15 to 25+ mm tucked. Conservative: about 10 mm tucked. OEM+ flush: about 5 mm tucked. Flush: even with the fender lip. Hella flush: at or past the fender, usually with camber or fender work.
How we place the fender
Every setup is measured against the factory wheel: (width change in inches x 12.7) minus (offset change), counting spacers. Owner reports of truly flush cars tell us how far the factory wheel sits inside the fender on each model, checked so the factory reference wheel sits at least 15 mm in and no standard factory size sits past the fender. The tuck figures are close estimates; tire shape, camber and ride height move them a few millimeters.
Width, offset and spacers
Offsets shown are the number stamped on the wheel. A spacer lowers the effective offset by its thickness, so an ET40 wheel on a 10 mm spacer sits like ET30. To keep the same look on a wheel half an inch wider, add about 6 mm of offset; the extra width then goes toward the suspension.
Concavity
Concavity potential is the depth from the hub mounting face to the outer lip, so it grows as the wheel sits further out. At the same flush level every width has the same face depth; going wider only moves the inner barrel toward the suspension. The actual face depends on the wheel design, and big brake calipers limit how deep the spokes can go. "Deepest face" marks the verified setup with the most room at each size.
Confidence and rub risk
High confidence means two or more independent owners or matching factory listings. Medium means one solid owner report. Low means a manufacturer listing with no owner result, or offset math, so test-fit first. Estimate means no owner has run that exact spec yet, so we calculated it from a factory size or a confirmed setup on the same car. We do not list setups that rubbed without a fix.
Factory sizes and estimates
Stock look always shows Audi's factory sizes for that diameter, marked in green. Where Audi did not offer that diameter, we carry the factory width and offset over to your size. When no owner has confirmed a Conservative or OEM+ flush setup, we start from the factory size and move the offset to that look, and add a wider option when it stays within what owners have confirmed. Flush and hella flush gaps start from the closest confirmed owner setup, and hella flush is never estimated further out than the most aggressive one. Estimates are marked in orange and link to what they came from.
Hub, lugs and load
Most Audis use 5x112; the 4L Q7 and e-tron GT use 5x130. Hubs are 57.1, 66.5 or 71.6 mm, so use hub rings if the wheel bore is larger. Factory bolts are ball seat; most aftermarket wheels need 60 degree conical bolts. On Q7, Q8 and e-tron, match the wheel load rating and tire load index to your door placard.

Audi wheel fitment FAQ
What does wheel offset (ET) mean?
Offset, stamped on the wheel as ET, is the distance in millimeters from the wheel's centerline to the face that bolts to the hub. A higher ET pulls the wheel into the fender and a lower ET pushes it out. Adding half an inch of width at the same offset moves the outer lip out about 6.35 mm and the inner barrel in by the same amount.
What do stock look, conservative, OEM+ flush, flush and hella flush mean?
They describe where the outer edge of the wheel sits compared with the fender lip. Factory wheels usually sit 15 to 25 mm or more inside the fender (stock look). Conservative is about 10 mm inside, OEM+ flush about 5 mm inside, flush is even with the fender, and hella flush sits at or past it, which usually needs camber adjustment or fender work.
How do I keep the same flush look with a wider or narrower wheel?
Keep the outer lip in the same place. For every half inch of extra width, raise the offset by about 6 mm (12.7 mm per inch). The guide's Same look, different width tool does this math for you, shows how much closer the wider wheel gets to the suspension, and flags anything deeper than setups owners have confirmed.
Which wheel setup gives the most concavity?
Concavity comes from the space between the hub mounting face and the outer lip. The further out the lip sits, the deeper the face can be, so flush and hella flush setups allow the most. At the same flush level a wider wheel adds no face depth; it only moves the inner barrel toward the suspension. The guide marks the verified setup with the most room at each size as Deepest face. The wheel design matters too: step-lip and deep-concave faces use that space differently, and large brake calipers limit how deep the spokes can go.
Will these wheel setups rub on my Audi?
Setups marked 'No rub reported' were reported rub-free by owners at the listed ride height. Low or moderate rub risk means light contact was reported in some conditions, such as full steering lock, big dips or a loaded trunk, and the fix is listed when there is one. Tire brand, sidewall shape, alignment and ride height all change clearance, so test-fit before mounting tires.
Do I need hub-centric rings for aftermarket wheels?
Audi hubs measure 57.1 mm (older A3, TT, A4 B7, A6 C6, A8 D3, Q3 and R8), 66.5 mm (most Audis from about 2009 on) or 71.6 mm (4L Q7 and e-tron GT). If your wheel's center bore is larger than the hub, use hub-centric rings so the wheel centers on the hub instead of the lug bolts.
What lug bolts do aftermarket wheels need on an Audi?
Factory Audi bolts have a ball (radius) seat. Most aftermarket wheels use a 60 degree conical seat, so they need conical bolts. When you add spacers, use bolts long enough for full thread engagement, and use hub-centric spacers.
What if nobody has confirmed the look I want?
Every verified setup is backed by a real owner report, a wheel maker's fitment listing or a factory specification. When a look has no confirmed setup at your size, the guide shows a marked estimate. Conservative and OEM+ flush estimates start from Audi's factory size and move the offset to that flush level; flush and hella flush estimates start from the closest confirmed owner setup. Either way, the wheel is narrowed if needed so the inner barrel stays within what owners have confirmed. Estimates are clearly marked and link to the setup they came from, so test-fit before mounting tires. We do not estimate hella flush setups further out than any owner has confirmed, so a few boxes stay empty. Our fitment team can help you work out a spec for your car.
What are the factory wheel sizes for my Audi?
Pick your year and model and the guide lists every factory wheel size for that generation, with the diameter, width, offset and tire size, plus where each one sits against the fender. The Stock look box always shows the factory size for the diameter you pick. If you want a new wheel style with the exact factory fitment, match those numbers and keep the factory tire size; Vorsprung forged wheels can be built to the exact offset. Regional options vary, so confirm against your door placard or the stamp on your wheel.
Can Vorsprung build a wheel to one of these specs?
Yes. Vorsprung forged wheels are built to order in the diameter, width and offset you choose, with your choice of dish, concavity and finish. Pick a setup in the guide and send it to us, or start a build from our forged wheels collection.
