The stainless TruDrive hub stays bolted to the crank, and the outer pulley ring is what sets your supercharger ratio. Want more boost after a tune, ported blower or fuel upgrade? Want to step back down for a daily driver? Swap the ring, not the whole pulley.

Which Ring Size?

On a crank pulley, a larger ring spins the supercharger faster for more boost, and a smaller ring is milder. The 207mm ring is the most aggressive of the four, and the 179mm is the mildest. More boost means more load on fueling and knock margin, so match the ring to your tune and supporting mods, and log after any ratio change. Not sure which fits your setup? What's Included

• ✅ One CNC-machined aluminum TruDrive outer pulley ring in the size you choose

Ring only. The stainless TruDrive hub and the ring-to-hub bolts come with the complete TruDrive crank pulley. Reuse your existing bolts when you swap rings.

Installation

• ✅ Remove the supercharger belt and unbolt the current ring from the TruDrive hub. The hub stays on the crank.
• ✅ Fit the new ring and apply blue Loctite to the ring-to-hub bolts.
• ✅ Tighten to 22 ft-lbs in a star pattern to preload the bolts, then to 44 ft-lbs in a star pattern. Torque twice.
• ✅ A different ring diameter changes belt wrap and tension. Check that your tensioner has enough travel, and have a fresh belt on hand.

TruDrive Pulley Ring FAQ

Will this ring fit my factory crank pulley?
No. It bolts only to the Vorsprung TruDrive stainless hub. If you don't have one, buy the complete TruDrive crank pulley, which includes the hub, hardware and a ring.

Does a bigger ring mean more boost?
Yes. On the crank, a larger diameter spins the supercharger faster. The 207mm ring is the most aggressive option and the 179mm is the mildest.

Do I need a tune for a bigger ring?
No tune is required just to swap rings, but more blower speed means more boost and airflow. Have your tuner confirm your fueling and knock margin can support it, and log the car after the change.

Are bolts included?
No. The ring ships on its own. Reuse the ring-to-hub bolts from your TruDrive pulley with fresh blue Loctite.

Do I need a new belt?
Changing the ring diameter changes belt wrap and tension. Check your tensioner's remaining travel and have a fresh TorqueDrive supercharger belt ready.
