Expertly designed and crafted, Vorsprung Audi B8/B8.5 3.0T Supercharged Headers offer a precise fit and exceptional performance. Made with reinforced inner welds, tig welding, and back purging, these headers ensure durability and high-quality results. Equipped with quartz wool insulation and a metal heat shield, they provide maximum thermal protection for optimal engine efficiency.

- OE-style Heat Shielding with ceramic inner liner – signature VORSPRUNG thermal management feature that reduces radiant heat from the exhaust pipes up to 70-80%. Being inspired by racecar engineers who use this technology, these separate us from other manufacturers selling single layer metal heat shielding.. Usual thermal wraps or ceramic coatings are not even close in effectiveness and durability to our Heat Shielding. Please be aware of fake shielding when it is nothing, but foil wrapped around the pipe. Without a sufficient ceramic wool layer inside and properly embossed foil it will not work as expected.
