Expertly designed and crafted, Vorsprung Audi 3.0T Supercharged Headers (B8/B8.5 S4 and S5, B8/B8.5 Q5 and SQ5, C7/C7.5 A6 and A7, and D4 A8) offer a precise fit and exceptional performance. Made with reinforced inner welds, tig welding, and back purging, these headers ensure durability and high-quality results. Equipped with standard heat shielding or dual quartz wool insulation and a metal heat shield, they provide maximum thermal protection for optimal engine efficiency.

Available Options:

• OE-style Heat Shielding with ceramic inner liner option – signature VORSPRUNG thermal management feature that reduces radiant heat from the exhaust pipes up to 70-80%. Being inspired by racecar engineers who use this technology, these separate us from other manufacturers selling single layer metal heat shielding. Usual thermal wraps or ceramic coatings are not even close in effectiveness and durability to our Heat Shielding. Please be aware of fake shielding when it is nothing but foil wrapped around the pipe. Without a sufficient thickness and pattern and/or ceramic wool layer inside and properly embossed foil it will not work as expected.

How much power do these headers add?
Vorsprung HEH Headers V2 are rated for a significant power gain (30+ hp) over the restrictive factory manifolds, thanks to their equal-length, flow-optimized design.

Are these emissions legal?
No. HEH Headers V2 are sold for off-road/motorsport use only and are not certified for street or highway use in any emissions-controlled jurisdiction. Check your local emissions and inspection rules before installing any exhaust part.

Will I need a tune?
Headers alone don't require a dedicated tune, but if you're stacking them with a ported supercharger, pulley, or downstream exhaust changes, we recommend a tune to make full use of the added flow.

What's included?
All hardware needed for a bolt-on install is included, no additional gaskets or fasteners to source separately.
