Here's the part nobody tells C7 owners: the 2013-2015 A6 and A7 don't take the same PCV valve as the B8.5 S4 next to it in the parking lot. Audi split the late Gen 1 3.0T onto two different 150 mbar PCV part numbers, and the C7 A6 and A7 are cataloged for 06E103547AK. Grab a "universal" Gen 1 kit with the wrong valve and you find out after the blower is already sitting on your fender. Fun.

C7 A6 & A7 Under Supercharger Kit FAQ

Why does my C7 A6 or A7 need a different kit than the B8.5 S4?
Same engine family, different PCV valve. Audi's parts catalog lists 06E103547AK for the C7 A6 and A7, while the B8.5 S4, S5, Q5 and SQ5 are cataloged for 06E103547AH. The two valves come from separate supersession lines and aren't listed as interchangeable, so this kit swaps in the AK valve and keeps everything else that's common to the Gen 1 platform.

What's included in this kit?
The complete billet aluminum thermostat housing and thermostat, aluminum heater pipe, Graf metal water pump, OE 06E103547AK PCV valve, Elring upper and lower intake manifold gaskets, the PCV-to-supercharger adapter pipe and an Elring injector seal kit. Full part numbers are listed above.

Will this fit my 2012 A6?
Only if it was built in May 2012 or later. Earlier 2012 cars use the 06E103547AC valve and should order the 2012 C7 kit. The build month is on the sticker in the driver's door jamb, or send us your VIN and we'll check.

Does this fit a 2016-2018 A6 or A7?
No. The 2016+ C7.5 cars run the Gen 2 CREC engine with different cooling and PCV parts. Use our Gen 2 CREC Under Supercharger Kit.

Does the kit include just the billet thermostat housing, or the thermostat too?
Both. You get the complete billet aluminum housing and thermostat as one assembly, so there's nothing separate to buy.

Do I need to replace every part in the kit, or just the one that failed?
Once the supercharger is off, the labor to remove and reinstall it is the expensive part, not the parts. Replacing the whole valley now means you won't pay for that labor twice.

Should I also replace the PCV-to-intake pipe while I'm in here?
Most owners do. The pipe from the PCV valve to the intake (06E103207AC on the C7 A6 and A7) is a common companion failure and an easy add while the supercharger is already off. See Complete Your Build below.

The 06E103547AK valve alone carries a dealer list price near $500. Bundle it with a billet thermostat housing, a metal water pump and a full set of seals, and this kit should cost a lot more than it does.
